      I bought this to go under a very short costume to add length. The great thing about this pettiskirt is that the majority of the poof is the last three inches so it does not add bulk to the midriff-- mostly along the bottom edge! Cute and fluffy! The waistband is super comfortable and the fabric is very soft and wonderful against skin. It hits about mid-thigh which is exactly what I was looking for.
