Halloween Costumes for Babies - The infant Parrot Costume for newborns and infants includes the headpiece and the multicolored blue, green, yellow and red romper that snaps closed in the back and with attached foot covers and inner leg snap closure fore easy diaper changes.

General measurements for infant 1-2 rompers are as follows: Inseam 7"-9", Shoulder to Hem 24"-25" (to ankle), Waist 22"-24" and Under Arm Seam 6"-8". PLEASE NOTE: These are flat garment measurements, not measurements of the average child who would normally wear this size. The Velcro closures didn't work well, and the material was average. But it served our purposes for one night of trick-or-treating. Our daughter was a parrot side-kick to her older siblings' pirates.
