    This was used for one of our 5 month old twins for a candy themed pageant and candy themed photo contest. It won first place for both. The judges (and everyone else) absolutely loved it! It would be even better if it close at the bottom like a bunting bag, because it rode up sometimes and I had to keep adjusting it and pulling it down.

    I bought the costume for my 1 month old. And it actually fit him pretty well. So Im not sure I would say that this would fit 3 to 9 months. I think thats a bit too broad of a size range for infants. The costume is made of felt so I wasnt overly excited about the material for the price. But overall it was a cute costume. And I must say my son rocked it : )
