I am about 6'1" and 240 lbs. Although I bought the Adult XL size and I am smaller than the size this is supposed to support I had some issues, mainly with the length of the torso piece. From what I can tell the chest piece is the same size as the normal size. What you get by going with XL are larger under garments.

Here is my review of each piece:

- Mask: great, looks good, fits well enough, a lot of positive feedback
- Chest/torso piece: It fits like a vest you put on backwards. Does'nt cover the back. WAY TOO SHORT, stops mid-stomach (several inches above the belly button). Other than being short it looks good for the most part.
- tunic: Not pants, similar to chest piece it only goes on the front of your hip/croch area, strings are used to tie it around your waist and thighs. Unfortunately the chest peice and top of the tunic do not quite meet (chest piece too short) so this sort of ruins the effect of the bat suit.
- belt: total junk, did not fit, I'm a 40 waist, suit is supposed to support 42+ waiste. Also belt is bad quality, thin mold of rubber, so thin it had holes.
- gloves: Great!
- cape: very high quality
- under garments: black lycra pants (with socks built in) and long sleeve top. High quality.
- boot covers- not good, do not stay in place

So there you have it. For the most important part of the suite, the chest piece, looks good but is too short. The belt was a joke so I bought another one. The tunic is annoying. However overall still a pretty good costume, I get a lot of compliements and people know right away that the suit cost money and is of generally good quality.

Good Quality costume for parties and events. The molding of the costume parts are good and above your standard costumes in a bag. One negative item would be additional velcro will need to be added once your purchase it to make it fit better on the cowl and probably chest to make them stay tight.
