This is along review, but I tried to cover all important points.

Reasons why I love this costume: It kept me warm while at a night-time street party (and it was cold outside). You don't have to wear heels with the costume so it's comfortable to walk around in all night. I LOVE Batman, and Harley Quinn is my favorite bad-girl ever! Being her for a night felt so empowering, sexy, and wicked! My boyfriend was the Joker and we looked so great together, people would stop us every 30 seconds to take pictures.It's also pretty sexy because it's tight-fitting, so if you're not comfortable wearing pretty much skin-tight clothing, this isn't a costume you'd want.

Critique of the costume itself: It runs kinda short, even if you get the correct size; that being said, this costume is probably best for shorter girls, like 5'1" - 5'5". I am 5'3" 115 pounds and I ordered a size medium and it fit very well (the sleeves could have been a little longer though, but it wasn't terrible); it wasn't too loose or incredibly tight. The white collar-bib things looks pretty cheap and it's kinda frayed at the ends, so I trimmed the edges and used some Fray-Check (which is this kinda glue that mends frayed ends of ribbon and such) to keep them down. I also added cotton puff balls to the ends of collar-bib to make it look more like Harley's actual costume. The shoe tops (because that's what they are, they aren't actual shoes) look kinda goofy, but unless someone is highly critiquing/inspecting your costume, you can't really tell or notice them. They stayed on pretty well too (I wore flats underneath). The headpiece fits snuggly; I wore a wig cap underneath it to keep my hair inside the headpiece. The little ear things (can't think of a better word) are kinda high up and they look like alien antennas. The mask looks really stupid and most likely wouldn't stay on, so I painted on my mask. The gloves are a little short and come to about your wrist, but the white cuffs covered most of the skin between the end of the glove and the beginning of the sleeve. Also, the glove colors are for the wrong hands. The left glove is black, but so is the left sleeve, so it would look weird having your arm all one color; I just wore the gloves on the opposite hands to match the color scheme. On that note, the costume color pattern is reversed from what is pictured on this website (at least mine was); if you take a mirror image of the picture given, that's what it actually looks like.
That pretty much sums it up.

I had a blast wearing this costume, and if you can get someone to dress up as the Joker, it's a perfect match!

I purchased a medium in this costume since the previous reviews said that the costume runs a bit small. I am 5'5" and around 130 lb. and the costume JUST fit. I have a long torso and short legs and found that the inseam on the jumpsuit was a little high for my liking. The sleeves and legs were the perfect length for me, so if you have long arms or long legs, beware. The gloves also fit me pretty well, and I consider myself to have small/medium-sized hands.

My boyfriend ended up stitching me a new neckpiece with pompoms at the ends since the included neckpiece is poorly made and not true to the character. Keep that in mind if you're ordering this costume last minute.

The boot tops are not attached to the costume, but I didn't have any trouble with them. I used clips and straps (used to keep your pants down inside boots) to keep the legs of the costume down and wore ballet flats inside the boot tops.

I didn't use the face mask since I painted my face white and painted on a black mask.

I wore the costume to an indoor halloween party, so I didn't have to carry anything with me. If you do need to carry personal belongings, you'll have to bring a purse, since there is nowhere to hide anything.

Despite my nitpicks, the costume got a lot of compliments and I'm happy I purchased it.

I bought this for my wife and she loved it. It does run a little small though. She is 5'6 and 115 lbs and wears a size 0-2 and the small just barely fit. The legs were a little short but she wore longer tights underneath. Not many people knew who she was but everyone really liked. Those who knew who she was absolutely loved it.
