Comments about Forum Adult Asian Oriental Princess Costume:

This dress isn't as perfectly form-fitting as on the model in the photo. It also isn't as satiny/metallic gold-looking as I had hoped; the Chinese Gentleman counterpart's costume has much prettier fabric. I had thought they were made from the same fabric, so having a much duller, non-satin red with non-metallic marigold color instead of actual metallic gold trim was disappointing. However, it still looked pretty darned good and was very comfortable and easy to put on, wear, and take off. We got a _LOT_ of compliments on this costume combo! Definitely get a decent Chinese style wig with hair ornaments, Mary Jane style shoes, proper makeup (I looked at a lot of China dolls and Chinese models, and I used a yellow-based foundation with the angled black eyeliner and eyebrows, smokey eyes, dark red lips, etc.) Also consider the undersized but cute oriental purse & the oriental fan to complete the costume.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
