This costume is very cute and very easy to put on. The 2 issues I have with it are the hat and sleeves. The hat is a flimsy piece of foam material that is supposed to open up and be a had, but it wouldn't fit on my petite 1 year old's head. It would stay on if she stayed still, but at 1, 2 or even 3, that wouldn't be likely. I guess if she had more hair I could have pinned it on. The sleeves were really long. It was a little big on her all around, but the sleeves went way past her hands and I had to roll them up.

The dress was very cute, and it was nice that the whole 'outfit' was just one dress instead of actually having a vest and a belt, for example. The hat was a flimsy piece of foam material that's supposed to open up and go on the baby's head, but it doesn't open enough to go on. For it to stay on my daughter's head she'd pretty much have to hold still, which at 1 (or 2, or 3) isn't happening. It kind of sat on top of her head, rather than being a true hat. If she had more hair I guess I could have pinned it. But without the hat she was still cute, I just put a bow in her hair. The sleeves were WAY too long even though the costume otherwise fit pretty well. My daughter doesn't like her hands covered so I had to roll them up.

I bought this costume for my granddaughter for Halloween. It was perfect! She looked so adorable in it. We did have a hard time getting the hat on her and when we did get it on she would just pull it off. She wore it with black leggings and black shoes.
