My malti/pom is only 5 lbs, and I got the small, which fits perfectly on him. But what is a huge size cap doing in a small size dogs package? I don't know if it came from the manufacture like that or someone put the wrong size cap gear in my package, but the cap gear is way toooo big for a small dog. The cap and body size doesn't correlate to it's size. Unless you have a small tiny dog with a giant size head, which I've never seen in my life, then this outfit is for your pup. Besides that the only thing that fits my dog was the shirt. It's a shame that the helmet cap couldn't be worn. I had to sew it up to fit it. Luckily this was cheap and on sale.

Looked great on our pup. So cute! She even liked the little football collar, oddly enough.

The biggest size *barely* fit our 65lb boxer/hound, but she is barrel-chested so that's not too surprising. We just left the top velcro undone to give her some breathing room.
