I am a Marilyn Monroe impersonator, and this dress is frequently used in my act. People love it! For a Halloween costume, it's fantastic.

The bow will need to be stretched out to get Marilyn's classic "fluff" in the bow. I reccommend slipping the belt through it for easy wearing.
