Infant and Toddler Halloween Costumes - The Baby Fifties Bandstand Costume includes black leotard, 1950's style skirt with poodle, the scarf, and belt.

The black ruffle at the bottom of the skirt is not as pictured, it is under the skirt not showing at the bottom.

Available sizes: Infant (6-12 months), Small Toddler (12-24 months), and Toddler (2T-4T). PLEASE NOTE: If your child ordinarily wears size 4, the Toddler size may be too small. The Toddler size best fits children who ordinarily wear size 2-3.
