This Quick Change Gangster and Flapper Costume features the quick change reversible double layer strapless microfiber sexy mini dress that goes from a gangster costume to a flapper costume in under 30 seconds! Includes the neck tie with dollar sign applique, sequin flower headband that can be worn on the head or on the hat, the fedora hat that turns into a purse, removable beaded bow pin and the cigarette holder, and the removable and adjustable shoulder straps. Boa, fishnet stockings and shoes available separately.
