      It looks like it does on the picture, mine did have the cut out sides. The fringe is in the front but the back of the dress which is okay. The dress does not look cheap looking at all. I am really satisfied with it but it does ride up. It's perfect. I am so happy!

      Costume was a pink tube dress, was expecting the Fringe to go all the way around, but it was only in the front. No cut out sides, disappointed and returned.

      Only good thing about it was it was a true fit.
