        I bought these for my daughter who is 3 1/2 and a size 4t-5t. They were a bit long and maybe a little baggy but I was kind of expecting that. She loved them and they made her witch costume. They were a good quality and lasted through the halloween season and a few wears.

        Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
