      The benefit of this Hedwig is that she is very light, but looks substantial. I carried her around for 8 or 9 hours as Harry, (I am a woman), and she was not cumbersome at all. She did not look precisely like Hedwig, but was perceived as unmistakably Hedwig by any HP people so that was fine with me. Other super-deluxe Hedwigs I've seen are heavy and expensive.
