        Color is more of a mauve than purple. The iron badge need to be re ironed.
        Lots of loose thread. I have to nipped and tucked couple areas to make it look and hang nicer. But my daughter wore it out several times since receiving it yesterday, in the September heatwave here in N. California. The material used is quite thick so she probably won't need to wear a jacket underneath the rope on Halloween night.
        Also bought the tie and the lantern:
        Tie - OK but it a bit thick so it's harder to tie
        Lantern - going back it doesn't work

        Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

          It is a nice robe. The inner wine-colored liner doesn't go too far into the robe, just the border and not greatly attached. Otherwise it was great.
