    Comments about Rubies Costume Company Miss Kato Sexy Costume:

    My only issues with the costume are that the hat lining is made with some kind of noisy plastic and the dress is too long. Yes, for a 'sexy' dress it's too long LOL I'm 5'0 (granted) but the dress hit me mid-knee. It would be perfect for someone taller.
