    The ear tips rest on top of your ears. They don't need any adhesive or stickers to make them stay if you're just walking. If the ear tips don't match your skin tone, use a sponge type applicator to apply 2 layers of foundation (makeup); let dry between coats. I received many compliments and the pictures looked great.
