The package left the outfit and pompoms wrinkled and there were loose seams on the decor of the top. My daughter loved it regardless. She wanted to be a cheerleader and have new poms for Christmas. She is 4 so it was perfect for her.

This costume is very well made. It's not like the ones you get at [...] that fall apart while they are still trick-or-treating. My kids love to play dress-up and this costume will continue to be worn throuhgt the year while they play. I love the fact that she can use it even after trick-or-treating and I don't have to worry about it falling apart. Great quality costume. Super cute too. My daughter is very girlie and loves to play cheerleader! The ONLY thing is that a few strings kept coming off of the skirt but even after cutting or just ripping them off, the costume did NOT fall apart. It still looks the same as it did out of the package. I also LOVED the fact that the pom poms are the same kind real cheerleaders use (handle is in the middle of pom pom with short "strings", for lack of better word) instead of the cheapy ones that have the long skinny handle and have strings falling off.
