          I bought this costume for my daughter to wear at school for their "Walk through the American Revolution" study program. She got the part of Betsy Ross, and though there were suggestions for how to put a costume together, nothing would have been as cute or cost effective. While it isn't a 'traditional' costume, the teacher approved it, and I spent less money than other parents who had to put a costume together. She got a lot of compliments too.
