I assumed this was going to be cheap and tacky but I was willing to bite the bullet since all halloween costumes are. This was slightly better than I thought. However, there are a few cons I'd like to point out. This claims it comes with the skirt, ruffle top and belt. No, this is one dress and the belt isn't a belt, it's black velour sewn onto the sides of the dress and you thread the string through the eyeholes. I wish it wasn't attached because I'm adding a black, fringed, cotton scarf wrapped around my waist. Also, the arm holes are super tight and I had to cut the elastic to make it more comfortable. The dress also isn't tied on the bottom. On the plus side, it came with a rose to pin in your hair and a choker, both of which aren't mentioned. I'll probably buy a better choker, but it's nice that it was added. I love ruffles and the top and bottom are pretty and the material isn't as cheap as I've seen. All in all, I'd recommend.

This is a high quality costume that can be worn again and again. All the materials are garment grade, not flimsy or cheap. The only issue is that the arm holes were extremely small for the size. I had to do a quick alteration in that area, but over all that costume was Fantastico!
