General measurements for infant 1-2 rompers are as follows: Inseam 7"-9", Shoulder to Hem 24"-25" (to ankle), Waist 22"-24" and Under Arm Seam 6"-8". PLEASE NOTE: These are flat garment measurements not measurements of the average child who would normally wear this size.

    This was bought for my two year old who loves Clifford. He loved his costume. It is a little bit cheap looking- it has a felt-like jumpsuit, and a headpiece what wouldn't stay up. But, I didn't want to spend the money to get a costume with the actual fur (which was around [$]). For the money, this costume did the trick- my son was thrilled, everyone was happy.

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
