This is a beautiful baby blue princess style dress-up. The bodice is made from stretch Panne Velvet. The skirt is made of 100% polyester satin type fabric with a beautiful sheen. It has darling puff sleeves made of vitasparkle. A gem is placed in the front to add that special touch and beautiful silver trim is placed on the front along the waistline.
