This was a good overall black wig. Although it's called a Caesar wig, I used it as the mayor of the Munchkins so it's a good overall wig. I have blond hair so the black look really fooled most of my friends, particularly with the Salvador Dali mustache I added. It's definitely a costume wig, not for work or school use.[...]Thanks!
