Overall, a very cute costume. The way the sizes are figured is odd. However, exchanging it for the next size up was easy. The skirt is a bit thin, not nearly as puffy as the picture. It is also quite a bit shorter than the picture.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
