      My daughter who is 8 wore this trick or treating this year. She loves pink and anything girlie. She loved this costume and it fit her well. She wore a shirt underneath because of the cool temperature that night and was not tight. It didn't come with a wand so we bought a glow wand from a local retailer to go with it. She loved it. Would buy it again.

      I bought this for my 6 year old daughter for Halloween. The dress was pretty with the "Wizard of Oz" printed belt/sash. The hat was the only real disapointment. No matter how long we tried to flatten it out you were able to see creases and part of the top of the crown was bent. Other than that, she was thrilled and it looked presentable.

      Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
