The sizing chart was pretty accurate (I'm 5'3", 133-lbs and had ordered the medium 8-10). It's a wee bit big, but not too bad. I had also purchased the Sexy March On Majorette Costume which is made by the same company (Underwraps), but it must have had the wrong size tag sewn inside b/c the medium I'd purchased was so small I couldn't even button it in the front and had to send it back.

The boot tops are very narrow at the top where they velcro. I wasn't able to comfortably close them at the top of my boots (and I don't think my calves are any bigger than most people's but now that I see the models stick-thin legs, I think that's who they sew them for). I think I will have to sew a tie ribbon in the back to modify them to be able to wear them. Disappointing, but they're supercute so I am going to try to figure something out.

My only other complaint is that the little gingerbread men on the skirt are an odd color. In the photo, they're clearly brown as gingerbread men are supposed to be. For some reason, mine are a light purplish-gray felt for mine -- very ugly! And they didn't bother to sew eyes onto several of them.

But, again, these are minor issues b/c the chocolate velveteen skirt is beautiful and soft and overall the costume is adorable. I purchased a red petticoat to go underneath and it looks great with it. I would definitely recommend this outfit.
