1) Place your order online or by phone (if online, select "Mail-in" as the payment method; if by phone, simply let us know you will be paying with a PO)

2) Fax (toll-free, 888-244-1146) your PO to us on official school letterhead, and include the following:

• ATTN: Costume Craze PO Department

• PO #

• Costume Craze order #

• Dollar amount (please ensure it matches the total from your order)

• Shipping address (please ensure it matches the address from your order)

• Authorized signature

3) We will mail your package (PO payment due upon receipt of package)

That's it! It really is that easy.
